At Black Diamond, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link and a notification once your refund is processed.
